A rather boring demo update!


A boring update, so don't say I didn't warn you.

While there have been lots of little changes, I don’t think much will be of interest for the first planet & demo. 

Mainly minor bug fixes and polishes, due to things I spotted in my last full play through. Here's what should affect the demo –

  • The player freezing correctly coming into dialogues and how overlays override each other is now a lot more solid
  • The overworld map view/pan functionality has had some small tweaks and bug fixes
  • Animation states are better maintained now after returning from the menu (reflection, holding a boulder, being behind something etc)
  • Hidden disks tweaked
  • Dialogue updates here and there have been refined
  • I made a few small changes to a room in Junkton
  • The log should also be more helpful incase you can’t remember what you were supposed to be doing.
  • Tweaks to some maps to remove pain points
  • Fixes to steam pipe animation
  • Fixes to camera offset sticking when exiting a platforming level to the overworld map
  • Last but not least, the usual several very quick commits that I've unhelpfully and lazily labelled as 'minor updates', what were they, well your guess is as good as mine!

Nothing too major then, but the thought of someone running into something I’ve fixed haunts me, so I thought I’d get the latest version pushed out there.

I’m also going to start leaving the previous build of the demo up, just as a back up.
